12:30 pm School visit – Wah Yan Kowloon

2:30 pm A speech by Mr Anthony Neoh relating to the securities industry in Hong Kong followed by discussion sessions
3:15 pm A speech by Fr Deignan, SJ relating to education system in Hong Kong and the future role of Wah Yan, followed by discussion sessions
4:00 pm Intermission/tea time
4:15 pm A speech by Mr Andrew So on the topic “Promoting Fairness and Effectiveness in the Public Administration” followed by discussion sessions
5:00 pm Report by Mr Norman So on future development of WYK
5:15 pm End of events on the first day
